Thermoforming Technician
Our thermoforming technicians start as a tech 1 with basics in inspecting and packing the plastic trays and containers. With time and knowledge, they can move up through the levels 2-5. As they progress in levels, they learn to set up, adjust and troubleshoot the machines as needed when product is not to spec. We look for candidates who are mechanically inclined and have had past experience working with setting up and troubleshooting machines.
Cup Technician
Our Cup Technicians go through a training process to learn all job duties on our paper machines from inspecting, rolling and packing the cupcake and muffin papers. They are also responsible for keeping paper rolls stocked on the machine and completing minor adjustments to the machine as needed. We have 22 number of machines that produce various sizes and run at various speeds. Cup Technicians need to become proficient at all machines.
Utility/Material Handling
Our Utility position makes sure our Thermoforming Technicians and Cup Technicians are stocked with supplies such as paper, boxes and tape. They will use the hand pallet jack and forklift to move heavy pallets of raw materials and finished product through the plant to the machines and shipping area for pickup.
Warehouse Shipping/Receiving
Our Warehouse position drives the company box trucks between 3 offsite warehouse locations loading and unloading the raw materials for production and finished product for customer pickup. They complete shipping paperwork and load customer trucks at these locations.
Slitting Technician
Our Slitting Technicians run the slitting machines that cut the jumbo paper rolls down to various sizes that go on the cup machines to produce different size cups for our customer orders. We look for employees who are mechanically inclined and have past experience running and troubleshooting machines.
