Maintenance Technician
Second Shift
We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our production running at peak performance. In this role, you’ll be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting production machinery and facility equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
You’ll work hands-on with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, perform preventive maintenance, and collaborate with production and maintenance staff across all shifts. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, takes pride in quality work, and values safety and teamwork.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair machinery and equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep machines in optimal condition.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
- Prioritize repairs and communicate with team members across shifts.
- Maintain safety compliance and uphold 5S standards in work areas.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years’ experience in industrial, manufacturing, or facility maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a manufacturing environment.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, bend, and use hand/power tools.

Staff Accountant
We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our growing accounting team and support our multi-entity manufacturing operations. Reporting to the Controller, this role goes beyond traditional accounting—providing leadership in cost accounting, financial analysis, and process improvement.
The Staff Accountant will manage general ledger activities, financial reporting, and audits while also driving cost visibility across production, inventory, and payroll/benefits accounting. This position partners closely with operations, supply chain, and leadership to deliver insights that improve efficiency, profitability, and decision-making.
We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing, strong knowledge of GAAP, advanced Excel skills, and ERP system expertise (Business Central experience preferred).
