Second and Third Shift

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our production running at peak performance. In this role, you’ll be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting production machinery and facility equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

You’ll work hands-on with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, perform preventive maintenance, and collaborate with production and maintenance staff across all shifts. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, takes pride in quality work, and values safety and teamwork.

What You’ll Do

  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair machinery and equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to keep machines in optimal condition.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
  • Prioritize repairs and communicate with team members across shifts.
  • Maintain safety compliance and uphold 5S standards in work areas.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years’ experience in industrial, manufacturing, or facility maintenance.
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work safely and effectively in a manufacturing environment.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, bend, and use hand/power tools.

We’re looking for an experienced Unit Manager to lead our Thermoforming operations and ensure production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This role oversees daily operations, manages schedules, optimizes processes, and drives team performance to meet production goals while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and cost control.

  • Manage and coordinate all daily production operations for the Thermoforming department.
  • Develop and implement production schedules in collaboration with the Senior Planner and Production Manager.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor production staff to achieve team and individual success.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with all quality, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
  • Monitor inventory, control production costs, and meet budget goals.
  • Prepare and present regular production and performance reports.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in thermo plastic manufacturing (required).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, drive results, and lead by example.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.

Material Handler

Join our team and play a key role in keeping our production moving and our customers happy!

In this position, you’ll operate company box trucks to transport raw materials and finished products between our three offsite warehouse locations. You’ll handle loading and unloading, complete shipping paperwork, and assist with customer pickups.

This is more than just driving, it’s a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with our production and logistics teams to ensure orders are accurate, on time, and ready to go. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required for this role.
